Pet Policy

 

At Cypress Lake Apartments we know you love your pets- and we do too!

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats under 50 lbs (or two pets weighing 80 lbs. total).  Because we understand  that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a refundable $450 per pet deposit and a $150 non-refundable per pet fee.  We do not charge monthly pet rent.  Please ask us about our aggressive breed restrictions.
